This is a part-time contractor 1099 position.  The Billing Specialist is responsible participating in all facets of the billing department functions surrounding invoice setup, correction, and distribution. In addition, the position will provide support to the Collections Department and to cash application. These duties include reviewing and distribution of customer pre-bills, maintaining accurate invoice distribution setup, and working through various invoicing issues.

In collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager & Director of Revenue Cycle Mgmt. & Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing complete customer experience to all capital customers.
