Position Summary

The associate primary role is to execute the planned orders according to it’s operation describe in the AWI.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the standards of safety and organization of the work area.

  • Maintain the standard of safety and organization of the work area
  • Support the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization in quality aspects.
  • Responsible for the assembly process of the different mattress configuration/models as per AWI and operation position.
  • Ensure mattress is packed and labeled correctly according to AWI.
  • Follow team leader instructions to complain with the operation plan.
  • Meeting Company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED 

Required Skills & Experience

  • One to five years’ previous production assembly experience.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education

  • Ability to solve problems in a practical manner.
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
