The In Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering and routing phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting/distributing mail. This position will also provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team. Duties will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, attending and taking notes at various meetings and other administrative tasks. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion in handling confidential information, initiative and independence in supporting the Charlotte based Executive team on a wide variety of tasks.
4-year degree or relevant years of experience
