Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of employee relations, HR compliance, benefits, compensation and other related Human Resources programs. The Human Resources Manager engages with leaders of the organization to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable HR strategies compliant with regulatory requirements, and supportive of business results.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related discipline
