The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing instance of salesforce.com for the Sales Cloud, Enterprise version. Tasks will also include user set-up, addressing reporting needs, monitoring and supporting the application and on-going maintenance activities, addressing application issues, and assisting with updates to the application. This individual will assist executives and project managers in determining next phases of the project. This person will also work with other business partners to identify practical customer facing solutions through existing or new business systems technology and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the application in cooperation with the business and IT.
