The Account Manager is primarily responsible for working closely with the National Accounts Team to support and help drive expansion opportunities in the current customer base at the local level. The Account Manager is responsible for consistently providing proactive and unparalleled customer service to accounts, as well as representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Manager scouts for competitive activity and reports findings to the Sales Director, Director of Corporate Accounts and Vice President of Long Term Acute Care Hospital.
