    Position Summary

    Reviews transactions to ensure timely updates to applicable systems to maintain accuracy of databases that support operations.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintains data integrity by use of error checking methods, exception reports, audits and validation procedures
    • Collects and reports on errors impacting data integrity
    • Performs data reconciliations to identify data anomalies
    • Monitors transactions requiring validations and accurately and timely updates systems as applicable
    • Present research, findings, and analyses in a clear, concise, and understandable format
    • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, as well as quality management
    • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
    • Complete any other tasks, duties, and requests as assigned

     

     

    Required Education

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Must be able to establish priorities and work independently (without constant supervision)
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization, both verbally and in writing

    Preferred Skills, Experience & Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Work experience as an analyst preferred
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
    • Superior attention to detail and production of accurate data
    • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data
