The Operations Analyst will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in Operations to support strategic projects and to also develop performance monitoring tools which assist both Rental and Capital divisions of the business. Primary areas of focus will include but are not limited to analyzing operational data, developing weekly/monthly Scorecards and partnering with other functional managers to drive improvement initiatives (ie. Fixed Asset Improvement, Supply Chain Reinvention, Warehouse Footprint, etc.). The Analyst will also be required to provide ad-hoc analyses to management, lead kaizen activities and act as a key liaison between Finance and Operations to ensure alignment on short and long-term strategic objectives for Joerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.
