The Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for the overall customer master data maintenance. Formulates, implements, and enforces proper data collection policies and procedures. Enters, validates, and maintains accuracy of all master data elements in new CRM/SAP and ensures Salesforce.com accuracy as it relates to customer master data. Communicates with and works on project teams with IT, customer care and members of the sales team. Monitors all change notifications received from customers and ensures information is entered properly in compliance with systems requirements. Coordinates change management activities with sales representatives and Finance/Credit. Educates and trains users on how to properly create and convert accounts.
