The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and administration of all compensation, retirement, wellness and benefits. This role will be responsible for directing the analysis, design, implementation and administration of base and variable pay programs and group benefits. This position ensures that benefits programs are competitive and support overall corporate strategic direction and support the needs of the business entities. Day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the group benefits programs includes group medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, workers compensation, life insurance, accident plan, flexible spending plan and 401(k) retirement plan. Serves as primary contact for benefit plan, brokers and third-party administrators.
