The Site Administrator is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Assists end users in resolving issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities and implements solutions. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution.
Minimum of Associate’s degree or completion of Technical Program or equivalent experience.
Ability and desire to learn Corporate, Division, and Facility specific applications, technology, and terminology
Excellent Customer Service experience preferably in a high volume, support environment
Strong analytical skills
Ability to solve problems
Effective communication and listening skills
Able to effectively work with minimal supervision
Competency in MS Office Suite.
